- BC/BE – will site accept non-boarded? Under what conditions:
- What boards are accepted? ( EM, IM, FP) note if site accepts specialty board (ABPS) or not?
- c. Residents –Y/N and what are the details?
- Life Certifications needed (ATLS/CALS, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, ALSO, etc.), is ATLS waived if ABEM:
- Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: Y/N
- Procedures logs needed or past amount of experience required and in what timeframe ( Ex: 2 years, 500 hrs)
