- July 3-6, actually 3-6 since it is a holiday
- July 18-20
- July 25-27
- August 1-3
- August 8-10
- August 15-17
- August 29 - Sept 2 Labor Day
- Sept 5-7
- Sept 12-14
- Sept 19-21
- Oct 3-5
- Oct 10-12
- Oct 17-19
- Oct 24-26
- Nov 31-Dec 2
- Nov 21-23
- Nov 26-30 Thanksgiving
- Dec 5-7
- Dec 19-21
- Dec 24-28 Christmas
Job Details:
- Reason for Coverage:Â Build the locum coverage pool
- Call Schedule:Â 24-hour call
- 100% Adult/ GeriatricÂ
- ED & Inpatient Only
- Average Number of Hospital-Based Surgeries per Day:):Â 2-5 per weekend
- Other Urologists will not be Present During Locum's Assignment
- 4 Urologists in the group
- Lab and X-Ray Onsite
- Average Number of Patients Per Day:Â 15-20
- Documentation System/EMR:Â EpicÂ
- Trauma Level/Designation:Â II
