Job Description

Berkshire is looking for a Urologist to cover May 2023 through November 2023

Week 1: Off; Week 2: Clinic M-F 8-5 with nightly call 5p-8a, Call Sat & Sun

• Patients per day in clinic - 20-30
• 100% Adult
• Outpatient office clinic & hospital based
• Office staff: 3 RNs, 3 LPNs, 3 MAs, 1 lab tech, 1.5 US techs
• Documentation System/EMR: Meditech Expanse

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified Urology- REQUIRED
• MA license in hand - REQUIRED
• Covid and flu vaccination - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice/background for fast credentialing - HIGHLY Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Massachusetts
