MercyOne North Iowa is looking for a Perm Rheumatologist to start as soon as credentialed!




Details:

• Will accept Perm and Locum to Perm candidates.
• Monday-Friday 8a-5p, very minimal call
• Outpatient; average 16-20 patients per day
• Level 3 trauma
• Annual ER volume: 30K
• EMR: Cerner hybrid with paper chart; EPIC in 2024
• 1 ARNP and 1 physician in practice
• 1:1 clinical support
• Patient Age Demographic: 18+
• Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days

Highly Competitive Compensation/Benefits:

• Total package: $360,000; base salary: $280,000; commencement bonus: $50,000; loan repayment: $30,000/year.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified or Eligible in Rheumatology - REQUIRED
• Completed fellowship - REQUIRED
• IA license PREFERRED, willing to accept licensing candidates
• All procedures listed in #26 and #27 of the attached practice description are REQUIRED
• State if interested in perm OR locums to perm - REQUIRED (note at time of name clear)
• For Locum to Perm - REQUIRED to be local (only mileage will be reimbursed)
