Blanchard Valley Health System welcomes you to be part of their dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio.  BVHS is seeking up to 7 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our growing, well-established practices.  Part-time and full-time schedule options available.
Blanchard Valley Health System (BVHS) is a non-profit, integrated regional health system based in Findlay, Northwest Ohio. BVHS serves an eight-county radius, employs more than 3,000 associates, and is committed to serving and meeting the needs of our communities.
 
Job Description:
  • Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
  • 100% outpatient, no hospital call, light 1:3 practice call
  • Candidates have a choice of 5 different schedules, max of 1:3 office phone call only.
    - Traditional "hospitalist" schedule: 5 days on/5 days off, 12hr Mon-Thurs, 10hr Fri, 4hr Sat
    - Modified "hospitalist" schedule: 12-10hr days/28-day block, Wed-Fri (3 days on/2 off), Mon-Wed (3 days on/6 off)
    - Regular part-time: 2-3 days/week, 8hr, 10hr or 12hr
    - Regular full-time: 3-5 days/week, 8hr, 10hr or 12hr
    - Regular full-time, 4-10hr days/week, choice of days, with 1-4hr admin day remote

Compensation and Benefits:  The compensation and benefits listed below are for full-time employment.  If the provider is interested in a part-time schedule, compensation and benefits will differ depending on the number of hours to be worked and will be discussed at interview.
  • Salary Range: $250,000 to $350,000/year (pro-rated for part-time positions).  Base continues beyond the first contract term
