The investment in primary care will bring rheumatology, endocrinology/diabetes, orthopedics, podiatry, imaging, an outpatient lab, and both adult and pediatric rehabilitation (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech, etc.) to the north side of Findlay.

Blanchard Valley Health System welcomes you to be part of their dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. They are seeking a full-time Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join their growing, well-established Orthopedics & Sports Medicine practice.
Job Description:
- Wellness Park, Opening January 2025! – the NEW BVHS musculoskeletal facility with Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Endocrinology/Diabetes Management, Rheumatology, as well as Family Medicine and Pediatrics.
- General PM&R with ability to build and scale the practice and specialize
- Musculoskeletal/spine evaluation and treatment
- EMG/NCS and interventional procedures, medical management, peripheral nerve and joint injections
- Spasticity management, prosthetics, ABI, electrodiagnostic evaluations and ultrasound guided procedures
- Collaboration with psychiatry, neurology, neurosurgery
- Hospitalists available for consults
- Primarily outpatient (90%) with inpatient consults (10%)
- Practice and team dedicated to supporting you
- Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations
- Time with patients who respect your care
- Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in Findlay
- Leadership who are invested and seek your input
- Strong and available subspecialty support
- Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship
- Accepting residents, new grads, and experienced physicians

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
