Job Description
MercyOne Clinton has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join a well-established practice located at our North Health Plaza location.
Job Description:
• Full-time physician opportunity
• Shared call
• Full lab & radiology services on site
• Three clinic rooms & a procedure room
• Join a team of two full-time physicians and experienced support team
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
• Cap Exempt & J-1 Visa applicants accepted
• Not accepting Locums candidates
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive compensation with two-year guarantee, then transition to wRVU Model. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
• 75k sign-on bonus!
• Relocation allowance
• 240 hours paid time off annually (during two-year guarantee)
• $5,000 CME Allowance

Lisa is a mother of two adult children, Eric and Brooke, whom she is incredibly proud of. In her spare time, she enjoys DIY projects, drawing and painting, traveling both domestically and internationally, cooking, gardening and experiencing new adventures so she can continue to check things off her bucket list.
