Littleton Regional Healthcare is looking to bring on a Permanent Internal Medicine Physician!

Job Description:

• Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

• Call Ratio- 1:5

• Reason for need: Growth, looking to add 2 physicians to the group to make a total of 6

• 25-bed critical access hospital

• 15-20 patients seen per day

• Adult Medicine: 18+

• Provider would report to Practice Leader/SVP HR

Compensation and Benefits:

• 200K-275K base wage depending on experience(RVU upside opportunity)

• Sign on bonus of $20K

• Up to $10K in relocation assistance

• Student Loan repayment and payout schedule: $20K per year for 2+ years depending on contract length

• Retirement Program: 403B - 3% match; 457B

• Health/Dental/Vision: Yes and family is covered - begins first of month after date of hire

• PTO/Holidays: 30 days

• CME days: 5

Interview Process:

• References are checked by LRH

• Zoom interview, then in-person interview to follow

• LRH CEO/President to make final decisions

• Decision to extend offer to Candidate can be
made within 24 hrs post interview if not sooner

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible MD (ABIM) - REQUIRED

• Active NH license - PREFERRED

• 2-5 years of experience (clinical leadership desired and a plus) - PREFERRED
