HOLZER GALLIPOLIS IS LOOKING FOR AN APP NOCTURNIST
• EMR- Paragon (All Scripts)
• Daily census 45-50
• Nightly admissions- varies low Avg 7 - during peak season we may see 10-12
• Physician shifts- 7a-7p (single) and 7p-7a (single)
• APP shifts- 7p-7a
• Number of ICU beds- 12
• Specialty Coverages- Cardiology (low acuity) Cath lab (interventional), OB, Ortho, Urology (occasionally), nephrology, Ophthalmology, ENT, Oncology, Surgery
• 48 hour a day physician/46 hour a day mid-level coverage
May be contracted as W2 w/benefits or 1099 independent contractor w/ guaranteed shifts1099- $85/hr
W2- $75/hr
W2 positions offer:
Health/Dental/Vision (w/HSA)
$250k group life policy
401k w/company contribution
$1500 CME

Board Certified or Truly BE - REQUIRED- FP or IM
