Job Description


AnMed Medical Center is looking for Pediatric Urgent Care Physician locum coverage for 2025!

Job Details:
  • Dates of coverage:  Weekdays needed only, no weekend coverage needed.
  • Reason for Coverage: Short staffed
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20-40 depending on the season
  • Number of Exam Rooms: 9
  • Urgent Care Physicians are Present During the Locums Coverage
  • Locum Physician are Required to Supervise Other Health Care Providers
  • Mid-levels provide coverage: 1
  • Documentation System/EMR: Epic 
  • Practice Setting: Pediatric

Procedures Required:
Minor Wound Management and Repair, Incision and Drainage of Abscesses, Extremity Splinting, Foreign Body Removal from Skin, Pelvic Exam, Diagnostic Testing Submission Requirements
  • Board Certified 
  • Active SC license & DEA 
  • CLEAN BACKGROUND
  • BLS & ACLS Certified 
  • Must have M-F availability
