Pediatric Ophthalmology Physician for Grand Rapids, MI (Locum)

Job Description


Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is looking for a Locum Ophthalmologist to fill their need!

Schedule:
  • Dates of Coverage: Varies 
  • Schedule: Varies. would evaluate neonates for ROP. Would have access for remote reading and in person exams 1 time a week.
Details:
  • Practice Setting:  Level III NICU inpatient only 
  • Average Number of Patients Per Day - Clinic:  3-5 neonates for ROP assessment weekly. 
  • Other Ophthalmologists Provide Coverage During Locum's Coverage Dates - No
  • Percentage of the Practice is Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric: 100% 
  • Office Ancillary Staff: NNP in the unit who does the imaging and neonatologist available in the unit.
  • EMR: EPIC 
  • Trauma Level:  Level III
  • Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:  2-3 months
Required Ophthalmology Studies:
  • Photos Interpretation
Submission Requirements
  • Board Certified 
  • Active MI License or Active IMLC LOQ
