Job Description
Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is looking for a Locum Ophthalmologist to fill their need!
Schedule:
- Dates of Coverage: Varies
- Schedule: Varies. would evaluate neonates for ROP. Would have access for remote reading and in person exams 1 time a week.
- Practice Setting: Level III NICU inpatient only
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Clinic: 3-5 neonates for ROP assessment weekly.
- Other Ophthalmologists Provide Coverage During Locum's Coverage Dates - No
- Percentage of the Practice is Neonate, Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric: 100%
- Office Ancillary Staff: NNP in the unit who does the imaging and neonatologist available in the unit.
- EMR: EPIC
- Trauma Level: Level III
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 months
- Photos Interpretation
- Board Certified
- Active MI License or Active IMLC LOQ
