- Annual volume: over 800 referrals from facility per year
- Shift options: clinic hours, no on-call

- Candidate Requirements:
- State License(s) accepted: ND
- DEA/CSR required?: Yes
- Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements:
- BC/BE – will site accept non-boarded? Under what conditions:
- What boards are accepted? ( EM, IM, FP) note if site accepts specialty board (ABPS) or not?
- c. Residents –Y/N and what are the details?
- Life Certifications needed (ATLS/CALS, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, ALSO, etc.), is ATLS waived if ABEM:
- Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: Y/N
- Procedures logs needed or past amount of experience required and in what timeframe ( Ex: 2 years, 500 hrs):
- Other qualifications needed:
- Current Staffing/Needs/ # of hours/shifts:
- 1 physician comes up to the facility from Bismarck monthly but does not currently do procedures
- Total hips and total knees and game changer for CAH and revenue
- Over 800 referrals per year.
