UCHealth Parkview and the Hospital Medicine group are ready to welcome a board-eligible/certified Nocturnist to their team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, interested in working full-time and focused on excellent patient care. Job Description:
  • Improve lives through fresh ideas, innovative approaches, and world-class care.
  • Join UCHealth Parkview and the Hospital Medicine group as a board-eligible/certified Nocturnist.
  • Work full-time with a schedule of six-on-nine-off.
  • Physicians work 144 twelve-hour shifts per year as full-time employees.
  • Extra shifts are available for those seeking additional hours.
  • Provide care primarily at Parkview Medical Center (370 beds).
  • Night physicians support APPs covering patients at both locations.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team focused on mentoring and fostering success.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR system-wide for seamless patient management.
  • Be part of a physician-led medical group with nearly 1,600 physicians and advanced practice providers.
  • Engage in shaping the future of healthcare through leadership and innovation.
  • Must be interested in Permanent placement - not accepting Locums candidates
  • NOT open to visa candidates

Submission Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in Internal Medicine/Family Medicine 
  • Active CO license - willing to look at candidates who need to obtain a license - PREFERRED
  • Clean malpractice - PREFERRED

It provides a truly complete approach to cancer treatment for our community and the surrounding counties in one centralized location. Construction is complete on our new state-of-the-art orthopedic hospital in Pueblo West. That facility offers the latest high-tech robotic surgical techniques focus on our expanding orthopedic and rehabilitation programs.  Both opened in fall of 2022.

As the region’s largest private employer with nearly 3,000 outstanding individuals, Parkview continues to strategically grow. Parkview’s Internal Medicine Residency continues to produce top quality physicians. This program was designed to attract and retain much-needed physicians to our region and our success has been outstanding. Additionally, we currently offer fellowships in Gastroenterology, Pulmonary/Critical Care and Cardiology.
