Ashtabula County Medical Center (ACMC) in Ashtabula, OH is hiring a Perm Neurologist!  ACMC is an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60+ employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.  
Job Description
  • Full-time negotiable schedule 
  • On call 10 days per month
  • 100% adult population of patients
  • 0-5% trauma-based
  • 95% outpatient, 5% inpatient, 0% rehab, 0% sleep (negotiable)
  • 50 Physicians in the group with 10 APP
  • Lab onsite
  • X-Ray onsite
  • Ancillary Office Staff:  1 EMG tec, 1 LPN, Shared Receptionist
  • Equipment:  EMG
  • EMR - EPIC
  • Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
  • Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
  • Not accepting Locums candidates
  • Credentialing timeframe:  30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary range:  $300,000-$500,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience.  Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).
  • Sign on bonus - negotiable
  • Relocation allowance
  • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview):  Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
  • $5000 CME credit
  • Medical Plan:  Deductibles as low as $200; Coinsurance 95/5 for tier 1 coverage; No out-of-pocket expense for routine care for both tier 1 and tier 2; Access to care at the ACMC Healthcare System and Cleveland Clinic; Dental and Vision plans; Flexible Spending Accounts

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology 
  • OH license (or willing to obtain) 
  • BLS, ACLS (by time of start) 
  • State experience with procedures (add to "Experience" field):  lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, brain death exam, EMG, Botox
