Job Description
Trinity Health PACE is looking for a Perm NP to join the team at their Kinder Park location!
- Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)
- Facility will not accept new grads, experience is required.
- Candidate must be interested in Perm. They will not accept locums.
- Can only accept NPs, will not accept PAs.
- EMR: TruChart
- Credentialing timeframe: 45 days
- ANCC/AANP Certification - Required
- PA license in hand - Required, ASAP start
- BLS, DEA - Required
- Availability at time of name clear (full time) - Required
- Local, no flights - Highly Preferred
- Clean/Clear malpractice - Highly Preferred
- EMR TruChart experience - Highly Preferred
Located within the Delaware County Housing Authority Senior Building, Mercy LIFE Kinder Park stands at 15,000 square feet and offers services to qualifying senior residents of the Kinder Park building as well as to seniors of the surrounding Delaware County Community.
The new Mercy LIFE Kinder Park LIFE Center provides medical and social services for up to 250 seniors and will create more than 50 jobs for the community.
