Job Description

MercyOne Des Moines Medical Center has an urgent need for a Locum to Perm Gynecology Oncology provider.

• Dates of Coverage: December 2023 - ongoing

• Four days/wk 8a-5p onsite with 24 hr call

• Reason for Coverage: low staffing

• Lab and xray onsite

• Level 2 Trauma

• EMR: Cerner

• Robotics is preferred

• Locum to perm is preferred - perm interest is a bonus!

• Willing to pay for full travel

• Fellowship in GYN/ONC is required

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - Required

• Must be locum to perm candidate

• Active IA license or IMLC - Required

• Fellowship in Gyn/Onc - Required

• BLS - Required

• COVID vaccine - Required, note at time of name clear

Rates needed for submission:

• Orientation

• Hourly (or Daily)

• Holiday Hourly (or Daily)

• OT

• Holiday OT

• Nightly Call

• Holiday Nightly Call

• On Call Daily

• Holiday On Call Daily

• Call Back

• Holiday Call Back

• Conversion Fee (25K cap)
