Bon Secours Mary Immaculate Hospital is looking for Bariatric Surgery coverage for September 30 (7a) - October 1st (1p)!
Open dates:
• one shift from 9/30 7am to 10/1 1pm
Job Details:
•
• Practice Setting: Out/inpatient. Coverage needed for Bariatric pts who present in ER or need admission
• Reason for Coverage: Provider on PTO
• Average Number of Patients Per Day: 0-1
• Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
Travel Reimbursement Information:
• ~$150/night lodging cap
• All other bookings must be standard/economy
Submission Requirements
• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active VA License & DEA - REQUIRED
• BLS/ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
• COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED, noted at time of name clear
• PLEASE ONLY SUBMIT RPOVIDERS AVAILABLE FOR THE LIST DATES OF COVERAGE
