North Memorial Health Hospital is seeking a PM&R for coverage ASAC ongoing.
• Schedule: Shifts would be Monday - Friday, 9a-5p - specific dates TDB. No call, no weekends, no nights. No specific dates at this time, would be to fill in for provider vacation, sick time, etc.
• Brief description of duties: Average
daily census is 10-12 with capacity of 13. Rehab provider is supported by
a PA. Daytime hours, M-F with no call requirement. Most common
diagnosis include stroke, SCI, trauma, ortho.
• Inpatient only
• Special training or Experience: Prefer internal medicine or
neurology or rehab/pm&r
• 120 day credentialing timeframe
Typical day includes-
• family/team meetings, admissions and discharges, patient evaluations, and monitoring therapies.
• Team is made up of a physician, nursing, consultants, and therapists.
North Memorial does not reimburse for credentialing costs or application fees.**
Submission Requirements
Board Certification - Required
MN license - Highly preferred
Local provider within driving distance - Preferred
Please vet candidates for: Collaborative
approach, strong communication skills, strong knowledge of IRF requirements
