McLaren Flint is looking for 1 full time CRNA to start in January - ongoing. Open to 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts!
Practice setting: Hospital
Schedule: 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts
Call schedule: none
CERNER
CRNA will be supervised
Average number of surgical cases/day: 35
Average number of pain management cases: 0
Number of operating rooms: 16
No peds
*Please Note:
Mileage reimbursed only - local providers requiredMcLaren does NOT reimburse Med Staff FeesNo lodging booked through 3rd party websites, ie expedia, kayak, etcMcLaren is tax exempt and will not reimburse taxes on lodgingMalpractice rates MUST be included in the rate
Site uses reverse billing - provider must clock in/out using Kronos - no timesheets will be approved
Submission Requirements
MI License: REQUIRED, no exceptions
NBCRNA certification (new grads welcome) - Required
BLS, and ACLS - Required
Providers must have Clean Background/No Malpractice for quick credentialing - Required
Local (drive-in) providers - Required, no exceptions
Please list rates and specific availability at time of name clear - Required
**COVID Vaccine required at time of name clear -Required**
Certification Requirements
• AANA
• ACLS
• BLS
State License Requirements
• Michigan
