Facility Location: CHI St. Alexius BismarckÂ

- Diagnostic vascular intervention
- Angiography – venous and arterial
- Therapeutic vascular intervention
- Angioplasty – venous and arterial
- Stenting (venous and arterial)
- Thrombolytic therapy
- Embolization therapy
- Interventional (body, non-neuro)
- Vascular access devices/PICCS
- Central lines
- Port a cath insertions
- IVC Filters
- TIPS
- Aspiration/drainage procedures
- Percutaneous Needle Biopsies (Above & Below diaphragm, and Bone)
- Extractions (Biliary & Renal)
- Abscess drainage
- Thoracentesis
- Paracentesis
- Myelography
- Pain management procedures
- Perc. Transhepatic Cholangiogram
- Blood patch
- Joint/epidural injections
- Vertebroplasty
- Arthrograms
- Chest tube insertion
- Uterine artery embolization
- Liver Y90/Tace
- Gastrostomy tube insertion
- Nephrostomy/ureteral stent insertion
- Renal fistulograms,
- Cryoablation
- Preferred, but not required: Neuro (head) stroke thrombectomy

Credentialing Information:
- Timeframe: 60-90 days
- Credentialing with other facilities? No

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certification – Board Certified
- State License – ND. license is preferred - IMLC is okay.
- Residency Requirements/Fellowship – Required
- Other Certifications – ACLS
- Malpractice – Clean Preferred
- Availability at time of name clear – Required
- Other:Â Must have experience with all required procedures

In her spare time, she enjoys DIY projects, drawing and painting, traveling both domestically and internationally, cooking, gardening and experiencing new adventures so she can continue to check things off her bucket list.
