Bon Secours Maryview Medical Center is looking for Interventional Cardiology locum coverage for 1 weekend a month + an occasional 1 week at a time through July 2024!
Open dates:
• Flexible/TBD
Job Details:
• One weekend a month to include Friday and Monday, will also need coverage for a week at a time due to physician schedule
• Patient population: 100% Adult
• Average No. of office/clinic patients per physician per day: 22
• Average No. of hospital patients per physician per day: 10-15
• Average No. of procedures per physician per day: 2-3
• 4 Physicians, 3 Mid-levels in group
• SUPERVISION REQUIRED; Stress Test Supervision when performed by APC in hospital
• EMR: EPIC
• Number of beds: 300
Required Duties/Procedures:
Outpatient & Inpatient Cardiology
Cardiac catheterization
Invasive cardiology - Interventional (Angioplasty - PTCA, Intracoronary stent placement, Atherectomy)
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Travel Reimbursement Information:
• ~$150/night lodging cap
• Standard/economy bookings only
Submission Requirements
• Board Certified - REQUIRED
• Active VA license & DEA - REQUIRED
• BLS & ACLS Certified - REQUIRED
• Flu Vaccine - Required by time of credentialing
• COVID Vaccine - Preferred
