St. Peter's Health Partners is seeking to recruit a PERM full-time Psychiatrist for a full-time adult inpatient role.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded and long-standing inpatient program at Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY!  

Samaritan Hospital, located in Troy, NY, offers a comprehensive program in behavioral health that includes inpatient services across three units- offering 63 beds for inpatient care with mental health, MICA, and gero-psychiatry units. An interdisciplinary team provides specialized care to meet the medical, psychiatric, and social needs of the adult patient.

Job Description:  This opportunity is available for immediate placement and will join a team of counselors, therapists, psychiatrists, case managers, and nurse practitioners in providing compassionate care to our patients.

• Provide inpatient coverage for adult patients at the Samaritan Hospital campus and will work collaboratively with the Hospitalists, specialists, and community providers
• Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team-oriented
