Job Description

CHI St. Joseph’s Park Rapids, MN is looking for Hospitalist coverage!

 

**Must have MN. License to cover urgent June dates**

 

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

• June 29, 30,
• July 1, 2
• July 13,14,15,16
• July 27,28,29,30 

 

• 8am-8pm - Submit a daily rate

2nd Call: This would be when the physician is in a 2nd call position. There is someone else providing primary call but they are required to be available by phone for questions and to back-up the on call provider for patients and the ICU. 


Details:
*Possible ongoing sporadic vacation coverage*

• Admission ICU only
• ADC 12 patient
• 5 ICU beds
• Must do vents
• 25 bed inpatient
• Admissions: 1-2
• Discharges:1-2
• Meditech experience – please disclose at time of name clear!
• Availability – please disclose at time of name clear
• Facility will emergency credential if needed!

 

Travel Preferences:

• Hospital housing provided!

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified IM or BE within 3 years of residency – Required. not considering FM
• MN License in hand - Required for urgent June shifts
• Clean Malpractice and background for credentialing – Required
• Local, no flights – PREFERRED but not required 
• EMR Meditech Experience – Highly Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Minnesota
