Hospitalist (Nocturnist) Physician for Mankato, MN (Locum)
Job Description
Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a hospitalist physician for locum tenens coverage at Mayo Health System -Â Mankato, Minnesota.
POSITION/FACILITY DETAILS
- Shifts run 7p – 7a
- Level II Trauma Center that serves as the major referral center for South-Central Minnesota
- Average # of patients per shift: 12-18 (includes census & admissions)
- No procedures required. They have excellent support services including 24-hour CCU coverage, PICC line placement, resource nurse, rapid response nurse, central line call service, anesthesia and interventional radiology
- Patient Demographic: Adult & Geriatric
- EMR System – Epic
PHYSICIAN REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certification –Internal Medicine
- BLS and ACLS
- Prefer state-licensed candidates
- Level of Experience – 3-5 years or 2 year Critical Care fellowship
