Hospice Medical Director Physician for Sioux Falls, SD (Perm)
Job Description
Seeking a BE/BC Hospice Medicine physician to join the group with the desire to be the Medical Director.
-The Hospice Medical Director role includes program development and educate physicians across the organization
-Practice includes oversight of the Hospice program based in Sioux Falls, SD with Branches in SD and MN
-This program features a Home Hospice, four Residential Hospice Cottages, and a 20-Bed Adult/Pediatric Inpatient Hospice House
-Disease management and pain and symptom management
of hospice patients
-Experience in care of terminally ill patients is desired
-Demonstrates ability to promote teamwork and collaboration within the interdisciplinary team as well as referral sources and the communities we serve
-Flexible work schedule plus call coverage
-Interdisciplinary Team includes: Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, Pastoral Care professionals, Social Workers, Case Management and Medical Ethicists

Presley and her husband, Adam, have two daughters, Lainey and Saylor, as well as one son, Jett. The family would not be complete without a golden retriever, Marvin. In her spare time, Presley enjoys the outdoors, sports, and spending time with family.
