Reason for Coverage: Coverage while we recruit---Retirement
Dates of Coverage: ASAP-6 months with opportunity to extendÂ
Call Schedule: overnight telephonic call (rotating)
Call Ratio: approx 1:8Â
Patient Population for Required Coverage:Â Adult, Geriatric
What Percentage of the Practice is Hematology %, Oncology %, Internal Medicine %?:Â Â
Hem--60%
Onc--40%
IM--0%
Number of Physicians in Practice:Â 7
Will There be Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? yes
How Many APPs Provide Coverage:Â 1 dedicated for inpt coverage: 11 total---some round on the weekendsÂ
Average Number of Patients Per Day - HOSPITAL (Call/Rounding):variable-----approx 5-20
Clinical Area: Oncology - Inpatient Setting, Hematology - Inpatient Setting
Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital):Â level one
Documentation System/EMR:Â EpicÂ
Administration of Chemotherapy: Nurse oncologist
Facility reimburse for the following costs: Provider Must be local - only mileage is reimbursed
