• March - May 30; M-F (8a-5P + call TBD)

Job Details:

• Practice Setting: Office/Clinic and Hospital procedure
• Clinical Areas:  Adult, Office/Clinic, Hospital, Gastro
• Average Number of Office/Clinic Patients Per Locum Per Day: 20
• Average Number of Hospital Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 1
• Average Number of Patients Per Day:  21
• Documentation System/EMR:  Epic

Required Procedures:

• Esophageal Dilatation/Manometry
• Esophageal Manometry Interpretation
• Small Bowel Biopsy
• Lower GI Endoscopy
• Sigmoidoscopy
• Colonoscopy
• Liver Biopsy
• Insertion/Management of Sengstaken/Blakemore Tube
• Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS)
• Biopsy
• Foreign Body Removal
• Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser)
• Injection of Varices
• Banding of Varices
• ERCP (Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography)
• Diagnostic/Therapeutic

Estimated credentialing timeframe: 30 days SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active SC License & DEA - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS - REQUIRED
