Saint Francis Hospital is committed to bringing state-of-the-art medical resources to our region. Through our charity care programs, Saint Francis extends its care beyond the walls of the hospital, reaching into the neighborhoods of New Castle County to identify, diagnose and treat underserved populations who have limited or no options for primary healthcare services. The Tiny Steps program assists women in need who may be expecting or planning a family, and children in the first year of life. The Center of Hope reaches out to persons who may have health needs in the bilingual community. Our Cancer Outreach and Education series promotes cancer education and screenings. The Financial Assistance program helps people to receive care regardless of their ability to pay.
This full-service Family Medicine Center provides primary healthcare to medically underserved people in the Newark area, with a special focus on the needs of the Latino community. To ensure services are provided in a culturally appropriate environment, a majority of the staff is bilingual and all understand and respect cultural differences.
In addition to medical care, the Center combines an intensive patient education program with each visit to help reduce acute illness and promote healthy lifestyles in an at-risk population.

Job Description:
- This full-service Family Medicine Center provides primary healthcare to medically underserved people in the Newark area, with a special focus on the needs of the Latino community. To ensure services are provided in a culturally appropriate environment, a majority of the staff is bilingual and all understand and respect cultural differences.
- In addition to medical care, the Center combines an intensive patient education program with each visit to help reduce acute illness and promote healthy lifestyles in an at-risk population.
- Office based clinical care
- Newly renovated and expanded practice
- Family Medicine Residency with opportunity to teach on Family Medicine Service
- Monday – Friday schedule (8 hour or 10 hour shifts)
- Equitable night & weekend call
- EPIC EMR
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Accepting TRULY BE new graduate candidates within 5 years of eligibility
- Not accepting candidates who have lapsed BC and need to obtain again
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Base salary of $265,000 with production bonus potential
- Generous Time Away from Work with additional dedicated CEU time
- Robust benefits package to include day 1 medical, dental, vision, paid short- and long-term disability
- Paid dues, such as professional memberships, licensure, etc.
- Allowance for CME, plus 5 days for attendance paid

- Provider needs to have studied medical Spanish or be fluent in Spanish

Lisa is a mother of two adult children, Eric and Brooke, whom she is incredibly proud of. In her spare time, she enjoys DIY projects, drawing and painting, traveling both domestically and internationally, cooking, gardening and experiencing new adventures so she can continue to check things off her bucket list.
