POSITION/FACILITY DETAILS

• Overview of position: Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) Perm
• Shifts/Hours: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
• Volume: daily clinic volumes are geared towards a schedule that allows ample time with patients/caregivers
  • new patient appts 1 hr
  • follow up appts 30-45 min
• EMR: Athena

REQUIREMENTS

• License and DEA: Wyoming or willing to obtain
• Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Life Supports: BLS
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: yes
