- Located within a newly renovated space, serve the community of Fort Morgan alongside UCHealth Cardiology. Â
- Situated along the high plains of Colorado, Fort Morgan offers the opportunity to practice the full-breadth of primary care.Â
- Candidate must have 3+ plus years’ experience in Primary Care and be Board Certified in either Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.Â
