Family Medicine NP/PA for Findlay, OH (Perm)
Job Description
Blanchard Valley Health System in NW Ohio is looking for an experienced NP/PA in their Caughman Health Center.
Job Description:
- Three years' outpatient family medicine experience REQUIRED, will not consider anyone with less
- Adults 18+ years
- Flexible days and hours
- No hospital call, "light" phone call 1:3
- Full-time, average 25 patients per day
- Cerner EMR, hospital-employment
- Hospitalist group admits all patients
- Join full support staff
- Seeking long-term commitment to ensure continuity of care
- Caughman Health Center provides both family practice and pediatric care to area residents, regardless of ability to pay. For patient convenience there is an on site laboratory, pharmacy assistance program, social workers and a care navigator. All fees are based on a sliding scale, and most insurances are accepted including Ohio Medicaid and self-pay. Financial assistance available for those who qualify. Fees are based on ability to pay.
