Blanchard Valley Health System welcomes you to be part of their dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio. They are seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join their new Wellness Park location opening in January 2025!

Job Description:
  • Wellness Park, Opening January 2025! – the NEW BVHS musculoskeletal facility with Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Podiatry, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Endocrinology/Diabetes Management, Rheumatology, as well as Family Medicine and Pediatrics. Click on Practice Description button for additional information.
  • Flexible schedule and workweek, option of extended morning or evening hours
  • Schedule Options:
    - Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week - 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days)
    - Week On/Week Off (7:00 am-7:00 pm Mon-Thurs, 7:00 am-5:00 pm Fri, 4hr Sat)
    - Twelve (12) - 10hr Days/28-Day Block
  • 24-hour in-house Hospitalist services
  • Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex cases
  • 100% outpatient with optional inpatient specialist consults
  • See 15-20 patients per day in the practice
  • Practice and team dedicated to supporting you
  • Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations
  • Time with patients who respect your care
  • Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in Findlay

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary $280,000-$320,000 that continues beyond the first contract term, based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).  Provider may submit salary expectation.

The results showed opportunities to expand primary care, increase the BVHS service area, and create efficiencies through collaboration of complementary medical practices. This is the future of collaborative care at BVHS. 
  • BVHS Wellness Park will enhance the patient experience and create efficiencies through:
    - Creating a 73,000 square-foot complex based on universal design principles with on-site outpatient laboratory and imaging services
    - Adding a team of primary care providers to increase access to care
    - Increasing patient capacity and long-term flexibility with standardization of examination room design
    - Establishing a regional center for rheumatology, endocrinology, diabetes management, and research
    - Addressing the healthcare needs of a growing portion of the BVHS service area
