ER Physician @ Spooner, WI (Locum)
Job Description
Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a physician (MD or DO) for Emergency Department coverage in Spooner, located in northwestern Wisconsin near the Minnesota border.
PHYSICIAN RESPONSIBILITIES / FACILITY DETAILS
- Physician (MD or DO) for PRN locum tenens ER coverage
- 12 and 24 hour shifts available
- Trauma Level IV with an annual volume of 7K (19 patients per 24 hours))
- EMR is EPIC with Dragon
PHYSICIAN QUALIFICATIONS
- Wisconsin medical license and DEA
- Board certified or eligible with current Emergency Medicine experience; any board accepted including ABPS
- Medical residents are not accepted at this time
- Required life supports include ACLS or CALS (waived if ABEM certified), ACLS, and PALS
- COVID/Flu Vaccination Requirement: Preferred but not required.
