Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking an ER Physician for Jackson MN
Position Details:
- Order Description:
- Type: Locum
- Position: MD/DO
- Role: ER + IP rounding and tuck ins
- Volume: Average 6 patients per day per provider. Average admissions and discharges per day per provider is 1 each (70% adult, 30% Pediatric).
- Shift options: Weekends Friday 5pm – Monday 8am (63 hours) Weeknights 5pm – 8am.
- EMR: EPIC
- Trauma level: IV
- Candidate Requirements:
- State License(s) accepted: MN
- DEA/CSR required: DEA required
- Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Required. Exemptions may be filed.
- BC/BE: Will consider either
- Boards accepted: FM or IM w/ ED experience
- Residents: Yes, they will consider R3
- Life Certifications: BLS, ACLS & ATLS
- Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: Yes
- Procedures logs: Required (12 months likely)
- Current Staffing/Needs/ # of hours/shifts
