- EMR: All Scripts/Paragon
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- OH state License - REQUIRED
- Certification Requirement - BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
- COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
- Board Certified
