ED Physician needed for Watertown, SD

- Type (Guaranteed or, locum or perm): Locum
- Position (For example MD/DO or NP, PA, CRNA): MD
- Role (For example ER or ER+IP): ER
- Annual volume (& daily volume), (If applicable): Average 35 pts/day
- Any second coverage: APP 2nd coverage form 10a – 10p each day
- Shift options (for example 10-, 12-, 24 hr shifts): 24hr shifts 9a – 9a
- EMR: CPSI and T-System
- Trauma level: 4

- State License(s) accepted: SD License

- DEA/CSR required?: DEA/CSR Required
- Covid/Flu Vaccination Requirements: Required but exemptions available

- BC/BE – will site accept non-boarded? Under what conditions: BC

- What boards are accepted? ( EM, IM, FP) note if site accepts specialty board (ABPS) or not? ER and FP
- Residents –Y/N and what are the details? Yes, will take 3rd year FP or EM residents
- Life Certifications needed (ATLS/CALS, ACLS, PALS, BLS, NRP, ALSO, etc.), is ATLS waived if ABEM: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
- Will facility accept CALS in lieu of ATLS: N/A
- Procedures logs needed or past amount of experience required and in what timeframe ( Ex: 2 years, 500 hrs): N/A
