Mayo Health System - Onalaska, WI:   Locum needed:  Pediatric Hospitalist Physician
 
Shifts
  • 7 days 12 hour shifts
  • OR - One 24 hour shift with a 12 hour break before next shift
  • Assignment: 7/1/2025 to estimated 12/31/2025
  • Provider MAY float to Eau Claire a few shifts when scheduled to work. Hotel coverage applicable
Details
  • Patient Demographic: Pediatrics
  • Average # of Patients per shift: Varies around 10 deliveries per week
  • Support Staff: NP/PA
  • Charting:  Written/ Dictation / EMR
  • EMR System – Epic
  • Team Structure: As of July 1 physician with physician coverage from other sites, an Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
  • Scope of work: Inpatient & Hospital
  • Travel/Lodging: Covered. $60 per diem per day for food

  • Board Certification –American Board of Pediatrics Eligible or licensed
  • Fellowship: Not required
  • NRP
  • Prefer state licensed candidates: WI License but willing to license a provider
