Job Description
Berkshire, Dermatology and Plastic Surgery in Lenox, MA is looking for a full time Dermatologist for short term coverage to manager follow-up care for patients.Â
- Practice Setting (Office/Clinic (Outpatient)/Inpatient/Free-Standing Surgical Center):Â Office/clinic
- Dates of Coverage: ASAP
- Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 8a-12p, 1-5p
- Call Schedule: NA
- Call Ratio: NA
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Clinic:Â 25-30 per 8 hour day
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - Hospital:Â NA
- Number of Physicians in Practice:Â one part time dermatologist
- Will Other Dermatologists Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates? Yes
- What Percentage (%) of the Practice is Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric:Â see all ages.Â
- What Percentage (%) of the Practice is Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric: see all ages.Â
- Describe Office Ancillary Staff (e.g., Number of RN’s, LPN’s MA’s etc.): 2 MAs plus LPN support derm.  Additional staff in office to cover
- Documentation System/EMR:Â meditech expanse
- Required Surgical Procedures: Biopsy, Excision, Electrodesiccation, Dermabrasion
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:Â 1 week after all documents submitted
- Board Certified/Board EligibleÂ
- Active MA LicenseÂ
- Covid and flu vaccinationÂ
- BLSÂ
