- Streamlined credentialing process, with all documentation gathered for your review.
Responsibilities:
- Shift Length: Looking for coverage 2 days/week in April - June to cover a maternity leave. Hours are M-F 8-5 and Fridays 8-12. Lunch is unpaid 12-1. 30 minutes acute visits/60 minutes for wellness, new patient or chronic disease visits. Visits start at 0830 and end at 4pm daily to allow time for charting/med refills, etc.
- Patient Volume: 6-12 pts/day
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): I.H.S. EMR System (experience with this is IDEAL)
- Trauma Level: NA
Qualifications/Requirements
- License: SD
- DEA: Required
- Board Certification: NA
- Life Supports: BLS
- Covid/Flu Vaccination: COVID not required, Flu is required but can sign a declination
