Blanchard Valley Health System welcomes you to be part of our dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio.  We are seeking (3) CRNAs to join our well-established practice.

Job Description:
  • Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
  • Option to practice at Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center
  • Flexible work days and hours, option for self-scheduling 5-8s, 2-12s + 2-8s, 3-12s, future option for 13/13/14
  • Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
  • Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired
  • Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
  • Care team model, equitable call schedule
  • Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
  • ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Annual base salary starts at $200K, increases based on experience and proficiencies
