Bluffton Hospital is looking for a Perm CRNA to join their team!  This provider would provide coverage at Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, and Findlay Hospital.
 
Job Description:

• No call, no weekends, no holidays
• Ability to practice independently, low acuity cases
• Proficiency in pediatrics and peripheral nerve blocks REQUIRED
• Self-scheduling, opportunity for 4-10s or 5-8s, 7a-5:30p or 7a-3:30p
• General, regional and sedation cases
• Endoscopy, general surgery, minor ortho, minor gynecology, urology, podiatry, plastics
• Licensed, 25-bed short-term acute care hospital, 24-hour emergency care
• Specialty clinics, diagnostic services, da Vinci Surgical Robot, (3) OR’s, 1 Procedure room

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
• Active OH license - HIGHLY PREFERRED
