Bluffton Hospital is looking for a Perm CRNA to join their team! This provider would provide coverage at Bluffton Hospital, Findlay Surgery Center, and Findlay Hospital.

Opportunity Overview:
- Primarily practicing at Bluffton Hospital with ability to float between 2 other locations (Findlay Surgery Center and Findlay Hospital)
- Independent CRNA practice
- General, regional and sedation cases
- Proficient in pediatrics and peripheral nerve blocks
- Endoscopy, general surgery, minor ortho, minor gynecology, urology, pediatry
- No call, opportunity for 4-10s or 5-8s, 7a-3:30p or 7a-5:30p
- Critical access hospital with 3 OR’s, 1 Procedure room, DaVinci robot
- Licensed, 25-bed short-term acute care facility, 24-hour emergency care
- Free standing facility with 4 OR’s and 2 endoscopy suites
- Procedure rooms, currently running 4-5 rooms/day
- Independent practice, proficiency in peripheral nerve blocks/regionals
- Physician Medical Director onsite as resource
- No call, 5-8s with overtime potential
- ENT, endoscopy, general surgery, urology, ortho, cataracts, pediatrics, podiatry, ophthalmology
- Nonprofit, independent community hospital, A+ Moody rating
- 150 beds, 16-bed ICU and 18-bed CCU, Level III Trauma Center, Level III ODH Heart Care Center
- Care team model with medical direction generally 1:3, sometimes 1:4
- Cardiac experience and interest a plus
- Rare call responsibilities for back up call, opportunities for overtime if desired
- Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
- Opportunity for 4-12s or 5-8s, possible 24s, 4-10s
- Cardio Thoracic Surgery, ENT, General Surgery, GI, Nephrology, Neurosurgery, Pulm Critical Care, Podiatry, Urology, Healthy Pediatrics
