St. Joseph’s Health, Syracuse, NY is seeking to recruit multiple CRNAs to join our robust team of highly experienced providers.

Job Description:
  • Full-time, 2080 hours annually
  • Client will discuss at interview possible schedules including 8s, 10s, and 12s. No call is required for CRNAs. 1 CRNA in-house for evenings, nights, weekends.
  • This position requires coverage in the hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center.
  • Vascular, Orthopedics, spine, General Surgery, Urology, Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Cardiac cases
  • This position will be supervised, but need to be able to function independently.  MDs supervise 1:4 ratio; and 1:2 for Cardiac so the MD is not always in the room.
  • Minimal pediatrics, mostly at ASC -- Adult, Geriatric, and 16+.
  • Scrub techs, RN circulators, Anesthesia techs on site
  • 15 Main ORs, 4 ASC
  • Blocks are not required.
  • Trauma Level 2

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $260,000.00 annually for 0-2 years experience; $275,000.00 annually for 2+ years experience 
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus
  • 1.5x premium pay for excess hours and weekend hours
  • Shift differential for evenings and nights
  • Cardiac CRNA stipend available
  • Retention stipend for the first 2 years
  • Excellent benefits, including health/vision/dental insurances
  • Paid malpractice, including post-employment tail coverage

  • 7 weeks paid time away from the practice

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified CRNA (by time of start) 
  • NY license (or willing to obtain) 
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS (by time of start) 
  • COVID-vaccinated
