Blanchard Valley Hospital is looking for a Perm CRNA to join their Findlay Surgery Center team!
Shift(s) Description:

• Self-scheduling, typical M-F schedule
• 4 - 9s, 5 - 8s, overtime potential
• No weekends, no holidays?

Job Description:

• Given latitude and ability to practice independently
• Peripheral nerve blocks, pediatrics, IV regional blocks REQUIRED
• Self-scheduling, typical M-F schedule, 4-9s, 5-8s, overtime potential, no call, no weekends, no holidays
• Physician Medical Director onsite as resource
• ENT, endoscopy, general surgery, urology, ortho, cataracts, pediatrics, podiatry, ophthalmology
• Free-standing facility, 4 OR’s, 2 endoscopy suites, procedure rooms (currently running 4-6 rooms/day)
• Highly skilled and collegial surgeons and OR staff
• Not accepting Locums providers

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual base salary starts at $200k, increases based on experience, proficiencies
• Overtime/call back rate $175/hr
• 240hrs vacation/CME, plus 6 paid holidays & 8 hrs birthday pay
• Dues/Subscriptions/CME/Board Certification up to $3,500/year
• Relocation, student loan, signing bonus negotiable
• Medical Insurance, Life Insurance + Long Term Disability Insurance + Malpractice Insurance
• 403 (b) Tax Deferred Annuity
