POSITION/FACILITY DETAILS

• Full-time Behavior Health NP, must be certified PMHNP.
• Outpatient practice with 1 other PMHNP.
• Team includes PMHNP, psychotherapist, RN, social worker, and secretary.  Also seeking psychiatrist to round out the practice.
• Clinic open M-F- willing to negotiate clinic days, 4-5 days a week.
• Salary and benefits negotiable.
• Typical timeline to credential: 90 days
