Additional Details:
- Support staff is available to them: Medical Supervision

- Reasoning for need: Retirement, CRNAs moving to other states/facilities
- Open to locum and locum to perm candidates
All equipment needed is provided - Cases will mainly be at Blanchard Valley Hospital, but there may be some at Findlay Surgery Center which is located close to the hospital.

BLS, ACLS, PALS
Local within driving distance.
