Job Description
UCHealth Parkview Medical Center is approving EMERGENCY PRIVS as they are looking for CRNA coverage starting ASAP!Â
Details:
- Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing (April/May 2025)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday - 5x8's, 4x10's, 3x12's - FLEXIBLE ON SCHEDULING! No call!
- 40 hours/week guaranteed unless provider requests off!
- Full Time strongly preferred, but will accept Part Time. Will accept weekends only.
- Provider will not work on holidays, but other days of the week for 12-hour shifts.
- PEDS not required, but preferred. Notate provider's interest at name clear.Â
- GI strongly preferred. GI schedule would be Mon-Thurs (4x10's). Notate provider's GI interest at name clear.Â
- Hospital BasedÂ
- Average number of Surgical cases per day: 25
- 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic
- Fellowship training is not required for cardiac or pediatric cases.Â
- Locums will work at satellite locations which is across the street.Â
- 11 Anesthesiologists & 28 CRNAs in the group.Â
- It a team care model, we like to say 1:4 on doc supervision, but it’s really 1:2, 1:3 majority of the time.
- 10 operating rooms.Â
- OR equipment description: GE Carestation 650s.Â
- EMR: EPIC
- FTE: 4Â
- Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult).Â
- Preferred Procedures: Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), and complex orthopedic cases.Â
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approved for Emergency Credentialing/Privileging! – depending on the CRNA’s history, we should be able to have them start on a pretty short turnaround – we will have to approach each case by case. Especially needing April/May coverage!
- Monday: Tour and badge
- Tuesday - Epic training all day
- Wed-Fri - Shadowing
- NBCRNA CertifiedÂ
- Active CO License or IMLCÂ
- Active BLS
- Must disclose the # of years of Epic Experience and the Last MM/YYYY provider used EPICÂ
- Clean Malpractice/Background
- COVID VACCINATED
