Job Description

St. Peter's Cancer Care Center needs a full time Hematology/Oncology provider starting as soon as credentialed for at least 6 months of coverage!

Shift(s) Description:
  • M-F, 8 hour days
  • 1:6 call: Call coverage at both hospitals (Samaritan & St. Peters)
  • 1:6 weekend call
  • When rounding, only at 1 hospital campus
  • Ideally looking for a provider with at least 3 weeks per month availability.

Details:
  • Starting in Sept or sooner pending credentialing.
  • Adult and Geriatric patient population
  • 50% hematology, 50% oncology
  • 8 physicians in the practice
  • 16-20 patients per day
  • Rounding at 2 hospitals
  • EMR: Epic

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
  • Board Certified in Medical Oncology or Hem/Onc - Required
  • Active NY license - Required
  • BLS, ACLS - Required
  • Clean background/no malpractice - Highly Preferred
  • Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required

  • Board Certified
