Berkshire is looking for a Urologist to cover May 2023 through November 2023
Week 1: Off;
Week 2: Monday- Sunday. Clinic Hours M-F 8-5 with weekend call 8a-8p
Week 3: Off
Week 4: Monday- Sunday. Clinic Hours M-F 8-5 with weekend call 8a-8p

- Patients per day in clinic - 20-30
- 100% Adult
- Outpatient office clinic & hospital based
- Office staff: 3 RNs, 3 LPNs, 3 MAs, 1 lab tech, 1.5 US techs
- Documentation System/EMR: Meditech Expanse
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified Urology- REQUIRED
- MA license in hand - REQUIRED
- Covid and flu vaccination - REQUIREDÂ
- Clean malpractice/background for fast credentialing - HIGHLY Preferred
- ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certified
- Massachusetts
