Wapiti Medical Staffing is seeking a Perm position for Neurology physician in growing physician owned independent clinic in Gillette, WY

Located in Campbell County, between the Big Horn Mountains of Wyoming and the Black Hills of South Dakota, you’ll find a thriving community of around 50,000 people from all over the country. This location is a haven for hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, camping and boating activities. You are within driving distance of Yellowstone and Grand Teton national parks and all the activities they have to offer. In addition, you are close to Mount Rushmore and Devils Tower.
Campbell County’s Recreation Center, the largest such center in Wyoming, is a wonder on its own. Add the Library, the CAM-PLEX sporting complex, the Museum, Children’s Developmental Services, regional airport, restaurants, splash park and AVA Art Center you have something for everyone. Campbell County has great schools for all ages, including Gillette Community College, and we have a very low crime rate and an unemployment rate less than the state and national averages.
practice:
- Multispecialty clinic, physician owned
- 100% outpatient M-F 8a-5p, no call, no weekends, no holidays
- daily clinic volumes are geared towards a schedule that allows ample time with patients/caregivers
- new patient appts 1 hr
- follow up appts 30-45 min
- Clinic EMR is Athena
- Vaccination waivers allowed
- open to new grads
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO);
- Accreditation with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN), or the ability to obtain;
- Completion of a residency program in Neurology at point of hire;
- Ability to obtain a valid medical license to practice Neurology in Wyoming, or ability to obtain;
- Active DEA license, or ability to obtain;
- Fantastic counseling and listening skills;
- Excellent decision-making skills and communication;
- Fantastic research skills;
- Outstanding practical and diagnostic skills.

- Salary: HH&WC offers a highly competitive, negotiated base salary with additional incentive opportunities in the fields of hyperbaric medicine, regenerative research, and more.
- Sign-On Bonus: $130K Sign On paid in installments
- Health Insurance: Employer-sponsored health insurance, including a low-deductible health plan through Cigna, Vision, and Dental. Premiums paid by the company, $250 ind or $500 family deductible, and low out of pocket!
- Additional Insurance: Large employer monthly allotment for Disability, Life insurances, Cancer coverage, Accident policies, Hospital Indemnity coverage, and more through multiple supplemental companies.
- Retirement: 8% matched 401(k).
- PTO & leave: 6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 days sick
- Continuing or Additional Education: $5,000/ 5 Days
- Malpractice: Employer paid malpractice coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000).
- Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am -5:00pm
